| TVD Electric, Gas and Water Utility products are grouped
into two product Suites:
Avalanche Trouble Call Management
Suite - Comprises five modules that are used by Utilities
wanting to manage the Avalanche of calls that result from a loss of supply
and also manage the outbound delivery of information to key customers,
media, staff and others.
Customer Support Centre (CSC) Suite
- Comprises a set of Core Modules and Additional Modules. CSC is used
by Utilities to manage their overall Utility Operations management requirements,
or specific parts as required by the configuration of the number and types
of modules. These functions include Outage Management, Works management
and general Operations management including switching.
Naturally whilst the Avalanche and CSC Suite of products can be standalone
they can also come together to deliver an even higher level of service.
TVD Telco products are available under the CallMapper brand:
TVD CallMapper Suite –
A suite of Intelligent Network Platform modules Designed initially in
response to the needs of the Utility sector, CallMapper has found immediate
favor with the clients of Telco's across the market spectrum, from Utilities
and Government departments, to Direct Marketers and users of 0800 and
related numbers.
All TVD products are Windows-based, focused on configuration rather than
customization, fast to implement and many are now into their third and
fourth generation of development.
