Vector, NZ

Vector is the largest owner and manager of multiple network infrastructures in New Zealand, with a portfolio of businesses and services delivering electricity, gas, and high-speed broadband voice and data communications in the Auckland and Wellington regions.  Vector Electricity is the electricity network company in Auckland, they own and maintain the electricity lines and cables that deliver power to more than 255,000 homes and 39,000 businesses in the region.

PowerStream, Ontario, Canada

PowerStream is the fourth largest local electricity distribution company in Ontario, delivering power to more than 225,000 residential and business customers in the municipalities of Aurora, Markham, Richmond Hill and Vaughan.
 

Powerco, New Plymouth, NZ

Powerco is New Zealand's second largest electricity and gas distribution company. Aurora Energy, Tasmania, Australia

Aurora Energy is Tasmania’s electricity distribution and retail company with approximately 250,000 customers. Aurora has operated in Tasmania since July 1998 and provides a contract service to the Bass Strait islands on behalf of the Hydro-Electric Corporation, trading as Hydro Tasmania. Delta Montrose Electric Association, CO, USA

DMEA is a rural electric co-operative that supplies electricity to over 55,000 customers in the quickly growing towns of Montrose and Delta in Colarado. DMEA have chosen to use CSC as their outage management system, and Avalanche to managed their trouble calls

Burlington Hydro, Ontario, Canada

Burlington Hydro established in 1945, is an energy services based company in the power distribution business. The company serves over 54,500 residential customers, and approximately 5,500 commercial and industrial customers. Burlington Hydro maintains 32 substations and almost 1,300 kilometers of low voltage distribution lines throughout the municipality of Burlington. Burlington have chosen to use the Avalanche Trouble Call management solution and the Avalanche DR/DSM solution, in combination with CSC as a works management system.

Milton Hydro, Ontario, Canada

A municipal electricity service, located in Milton, Ontario, Canada that serves customers in Milton and surrounding areas.

 

El Paso Electric, TX, USA

El Paso Electric is an IOU, that generates and distributes electricity through an interconnected system to approximately 344,000 customers in the Rio Grande Valley in west Texas and southern New Mexico. El Paso are utilizing both Avalanche and Outage Indicators to manage their trouble calls

 

Siemens, NZ

Siemens Energy Services provides a total solution service contracting service to network companies throughout NZ. Utilizing CSC Dispatch and the CSC InField mobile dispatch solution to manage both the infield crews and the outage trouble tickets assigned to those crews. 
 

Lake Worth Utilities, FL, USA

Lake Worth Utilities serves 26,000 customers within the city limits and some unincorporated areas. LWU are using Avalanche in asp environment to provide trouble call information to customers in an outage situation.
