The TVD Customer Support Center suite (CSC) delivers a complete solution for Outage, Works, and Utility Operations Management.

Whether you are a Utility operating in a regulated, vertically integrated or deregulated environment, the issues of consistent and reliable receipt and exchange of information remains paramount. Information management between various partners or departments within your organization is critical to efficient analysis and response to issues and day to day running of the business.

The TVD CSC modules combine to ensure that in both day-to-day and outage situations the workflow, data, and sources of data work together to make this happen.

At the core of CSC's superior functionality is a system specifically designed to dramatically improve day-to-day works management as well as combining extensive tools to analyze, confirm extent and then manage outages. The core CSC modules provide an extensive framework from which to attach other specific modules that integrate with your other systems.

Whilst it incorporates full outage management functionality CSC can deliver much more. It is a complete and comprehensive modular Utility Operations Management system that has the capacity to recognize that managing outages is as much a part of your business as are day-to-day operations.

CSC is built on an open modern n-tier architecture employing Oracle databases, IIS, and applications designed for browser based access, thin client applications and fast regular and ad hoc reporting.

CSC recognizes the value and investment in existing systems. By integrating the data from those other specialist applications we can deliver specific new and enhanced functionality that fills the gaps between such systems as SCADA, GIS, CIS, while providing a cohesive user interface, tools and reporting functions. This satisfies the requirements of a modern utility under pressure from customers, management and stakeholders to improve performance year on year.

CSC is comprised of a Core set of functionality known as the Core Modules. To these you can add additional modules as you require, e.g. GIS integration, Network Billing etc.
