GIS Integration - Allows you to leverage what is traditionally an expensive initial data capture of asset location and connectivity so that this data can be integrated into your overall operational requirements, e.g. A Geospatial view of customers and assets affected by an Outage, linking Service Requests and Work Orders to specific assets, displaying Field staff (trucks) in relation to a geospatial view.

HV and LV SCADA integration - The Core Modules provide for SCADA event based notification when used in conjunction with TVD SCADA Monitor. However you can extend this functionality by adding the LV/HV SCADA Module to allow actual SCADA data to be passed through to CSC for operational decision making, such as switch planning.
