The philosophy of the CallMapper Product Suite is to provide Telecommunications Companies with the next generation of service levels to their customer base allowing the customer to take control of their communication requirements at a network level within a highly secure, consistent and functional framework.

TVD has assembled a suite of intelligent network enabling applications that are modular in structure.  The applications are clustered with the CallMapper Signalling Engine, which provides the core network interface to handle the network signalling interfaces for the higher layer service application modules.  The CallMapper application modules have web browser enabled control and configuration interfaces, using logical command structures via a GUI.

The CallMapper Signalling Engine is the core interface to the Telco’s SS7 network and the platform from which multiple application modules can be employed as Telco and market needs dictate.

The Signalling Engine uses redundant multi tier architecture.  The routing engines use SS7 (ITU & ANSI) and specifically the TCAP layer for call routing transactions.  Physical connection to the network can be via T1, J1 and E1.

CallMapper’s Signalling Engine is deployed and easily managed with multiple link and component redundancy.  In a basic two data link configuration sustained traffic of 40 call/sec (144,000 calls/hour) at 40% loading is easily sustained.  However, this configuration is infinitely scalable through the addition of extra data links.  CallMapper’s Signalling Engine is designed to stand-alone or co-exist with an existing IN platform.

CustomerMap

An intelligent call routing application with the ability to utilize caller identification, and incorporate a vast amount of rich demographic, lifestyle or transactional information.  This module provides corporate and business clients with a range of self service, real time operational, analytical and reporting functionality.  The end user now has the ability to receive accountable performance data and begin a path of direct correlation between advertising communication and eventual sales.

An intelligent call router, optimized to support private numbering plans.  This module reduces the ongoing operational costs involved in supporting the traditional switched private numbering plans.  As self service application, the end user now has the power to control and report on their own virtual network.

PortabilityMap (back to top)

An intelligent call router optimized to support number probability between carriers and geographical areas.  This module provides a cost efficient solution to the growing customer and statutory demands for number portability.

PersonalMap (back to top)

An intelligent call router designed to allow “follow me” functionality.  This module is platform agnostic allowing call access over the entire network architecture.  Another self service application, PersonalMap allows the end user to control and access their calls and messages through browser and PDA browser based interfaces.

RoamingMap (back to top)

An integrated, intelligent call router and messaging platform designed for the roaming cellular market.  This module provides a network based solution to support the corporate customer base.  Controlled by the end user, this application provides the customer with a flexible, user friendly call screening process and access to a variety of messaging options.
