brings together in-vehicle and software technology to monitor
vehicle location in real-time via a GPS interface. All
functional aspects, including notification, mapping and
reporting are accessed via mobile radio or GPRS cellular on an
easy-to-use website (Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher).
